Received copy of newspaper clipping (presumably a Smithville newspaper, date unknown) with an anonymous editorial reporting a strong odor on Evins Mill Road in the late evenings and early mornings and alleging the odor is coming from the Smithville STP. Editorial also comments that the water at the Evins Mill dam looks "funny" and suggests that the Smithville STP may be responsible.
