11/9/2023 - RAB - RAB spoke with Mr. Castagna about the driller report for his well and also problems with the well/pressure tank.
11/10/2023 -RAB - Mr. Castagna emailed photos showing driller tag, canceled check used to pay Bingham, and photo partially showing buried pressure tank and piping. RAB replied and ask for specs on the pressure tank and or a copy of the owner's manual.
11/13/2023 - RAB - RAB contacted Bingham Well Drilling to get a copy of the driller report.
11/16/2023 - RAB - Bingham emailed a copy of the driller report to RAB, but report was unreadable.
11/27/2023 - RAB - Bingham emailed a copy of the driller report to RAB. RAB sent email to Mr. Castagna and asked about further information about the pressure tank. Mr. Castagna said he had been reburied pressure tank because they were going to have freezing weather and he didn't want tank to feeze, and then he got busy and had not been able to get specs on pressure tank yet, but he would get them asap.
01/08/2024 - RAB - Mr. Castagna mailed user manual for pressure tank.
1/31/2024 - RAB - Email correspondence with Brady Erickson, Technical Sales Supervisor, confirmed that the pressure tank used, the WX-202, was not an underground model and recommended for burial.
2/5/2024 - NOV mailed to driller.
