Complaint Description and Writeup

3/8/2024 - Review of driller's NOIs found that there were pending NOIs with NOI fees and driller reports that were over 60 days past due. NOI inspection of one site determined that a well had been drilled but it was a dry hole. No driller report or closure received for the well that drilling job.
3/22/2024 - RAB - ARS signed NOV and RAB sent to driller via email and regular mail.
3/22/2024 - RAB - Driller Operations Manager replied to email to state that reports and fees had been mailed on previous Monday. Ops Manager and RAB had phone conversation concerning questions about NOV, NOIs, and driller report. Once driller reports received, DWR staff will review and mark resolved once driller reports and NOI fee payments are reconciled.
4/15/2024 - RAB - Reports and NOI fees received by TDEC on 3/21/2024, reports entered into WellLog on 4/15/2024.
