Performed water well inspection on July 12, 2023. No driller tag on well casing. Driller Report was submitted by Morgan Well Drilling, Rig Operator Derek Shepherd.
10/31/2023 - RAB - RAB wrote PBA letter to Morgan concerning the 2 NOV letters and 3 wells without tags. Emailed letter to Morgan and mailed on 11/1/2023. Stated that it is DWR understanding that the tags were lost before they could be placed on the wells.
11/17/2023 - RAB - PBA letter received 11/6/2023.
