Description and Writeup
12/19/2023 - RAB - Complainant Lloyd Borella states that a driller used lake water as drilling fluid when drilling wells in the Hidden Valley Lake Corporation neighborhood. Mr. Borella said his well wasn't drilled by Hand, but two neighbors, 1 wishing to remain anonymous and Rachel Hart had their wells drilled by Hand. Ms. Hart told Mr. Borella that she saw Hand Drilling filling their tank with lake water and told them to stop. Mr. Borella said the Harts are not using their well because they think it was contaminated by the lake water and the anonymous neighbor said that they are not using their well for the same reason.
2/22/2024 - RAB - RAB emailed Ms. Hart on 12/28/2023, 1/11/2024, 1/16/2024, and 2/15/2024 but never received a statement.
3/7/2024 - RAB - RAB received email from Ms. Hart with partial statements from two employees of HVL on 2/28/2024. Reopened complaint. Responded to Ms. Hart via email to request complete statements on 3/1/2024.
3/22/2024 - RAB - RAB emailed on 3/7/2024 about needing more statements, but have not heard back. RAB to draft PBA letter to driller to advise them of this complaint.
