Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Complainant is concerned about discharge from a french drain at this site. He believes that the discharge is sewage and does not want it across the road and downstream on his property. JMW and WLS met Bob Pickney on site on July 19 and showed him the discharge. Mr. Pickney agreed to put in a monitoring point that would allow access to the french drain water without influence from road runoff. Discharge was occurring on July 19. WLS returned to the site and collected samples from the end of the french drain on Aug 29, 2012. We are still awaiting the results of this sample. The monitoring point had not yet been installed by TN Wastewater at that time so samples were collected at the end of the french drain at the ditch which could include pollutants from other sources.
