On May 29, 2022 at 1133 the State Watch Point Received notification from NRC report # 1337287 of an hazmat water incident located in a wooded area behind Colby Cove Road (Latitude: 36.3328 , Longitude -87.2517) in Clarksville. The NRC caller reported that a manhole was discovered and was releasing sewage onto the ground and into a nearby unnamed creek. The cause is unknown.. This incident is ongoing.
6.2.2022 - DWR Notified Clarksville STP of the compliant. Davis Stack indicated this overflow was reported in MyTDEC Forms on 6.2.2022 (Submission ID HPJ-4J2V-Q7WNQ). Case closed.
