06/27/2023 - RAB - WNL contacted RWR & RAB about driller reports that were over 60 days late. Wells were drilled in Shelby County so no NOI or NOI fee was required.
06/29/2023 - WNL - NOV mailed for late submission of driller reports.
WNL - Spoke with Mr. Crook, Lic. # 1063, on 8/3/2023. Mr. Crook has no outstanding reports to send to the CO and he stated that he is not installing pumps. We discussed the fact of not checking "yes" on pump installation if he is not installing them and the fact that he does not have a pump license.
