13-SEP-16 received complaint, Ms. Williams has concerns about the quality of her water. She has had several recent health issues and would like her water tested. She also says she gets brown/rusty water at her down stairs sink at times when she has not used the sink for a while.***
Complaint referred to Nashville Water Department to Mr. Hal Balthrop. He said he will send a crew out to sample and get back to me with the results.***
14-SEP-16 Michael, the water quality complaint was processed and Manny met with Ms. Williams today.

He spent some time with her explaining what he was doing and gave her some assurances about her water service.

The sample results are expected Friday.

Manny will report results to this group asap.
