A manhole in his yard overflows and puts 3-4 inches of sewage in his and neighbor's yard before running into creek behind his house. He has lived there 3 years and it has overflowed over five times this last year. When he calls the city, they come out and rod the line or spread lime. They have added homes to the line. Is also concerned about mosquitoes in pooled water.
