2/12/2024 - RAB - Driller's Operator contacted Will Little of JEFO to say they found out they hadn't mailed in 5 driller reports as planned in November 2023. WL forwarded email to RAB. RAB reviewed NOIs in WellLog and saw that there were nine (9) pending NOIs that were over 60 days old, therefore the NOI fees and driller reports were late. Emailed Operator to explain situation. Said Licensee would receive a Please Be Advised (PBA) letter because NOI fees and driller reports were not submitted within the 60-day time frame following well completion.
2/28/2024 - RAB - Driller reports and NOI fees received. Closing complaint.
