Complaint Description and Writeup
On 9/20/24, Division personnel spoke with Mr. Kim Kittle regarding a complaint about the Mountain City Water Department. The complainant states they intermittently lose pressure at the residence due to issues with the nearby pump station and backwash events at Rambo WTP. Division personnel spoke with facility personnel on 9/20/24 regarding this matter. System personnel states that electrical supply issues at the pump station cause the pumps to cut off due to low voltage related to the incoming power supply. Line conditioners have been ordered to be installed at the pump station to rectify this issue and should be delivered on 9/21/24. Investigation is ongoing.
