Neighbor has entered into an express, private easement with the neighbor across the street. The easement states that it is for "agricultural use only" but it is not. Please advise what the definition of "agricultural use" is in the state of Tennessee?
My concerns are with
-the stormwater land disturbance
-Road Commission (blocking the culvert)
-Septic location map a) WNA disturbance or Excavation near a WNA,
-the pumping has started without an ARAP permit from TDEC
