Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
There is a construction site that is under a Construction General Permit with TDEC to build a Red Carpet Liquor Store. They ripped up a bunch of grass and just have bare soil right behind our apartment building next to the stream. They did have straw wattles lining the stream but as of Monday, they removed them but haven't stabilized the area of bare soil. This is a huge issue since if it rains, they will be impacting the stream with sediment. They aren't even doing any work on that part of the site right now so it shouldn't even be ripped up in the first place.
