Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
This complaint concerns the developer building tiny homes around the Big Fiery Gizzard in Tracy City which is called The Retreat at Waters Edge. I am a homeowner in Tracy City TN and am concerned that the developer of The Retreat of Waters Edge is not following correct guidelines to protect our water. While driving through the community today 7-10-24 , I witnessed on Waters Edge Way - Lot 82 - which is being constructed - that the new construction of a home is washing silt into the water inlet for the city reservoir- there is not erosion control present- and the water is changing color from the clay dirt. This is not the first time I have seen irresponsibility concerning the water- which is of great concern to the health and safety of our citizens. I took some pictures as I drove by.
