Complaint Description and Writeup
This complaint was received via the EPA on July 5th, 2024. The complainant (Chris Issacs) stated that a leak was pooling water in a residential area near their home. According to the complainant, this has been an issue for multiple years. Daniel Pillow, with the Jackson Field Office, contacted the superintendent of the Bells Utility Department. Upon investigation, this leak was located on a property owned by a California resident but was in Bells' jurisdiction. Bells utility department employees were dispatched to address this issue on July 8th, 2024. Due to the issue being located and addressed, this complaint is now considered closed.
