1-15-20: Complainant contacted Wade Murphy in NCO about concerns of discolored runoff from the RMCP facility on 1029 John Denie Road (TNG110019).
1-15-20: JEBr assigned the complaint to GCC with DWR for investigation.
1-27-20: GCC performed a full Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the facility. The cementitious veneer below the outfall was present, but there was no discharge at the time of the inspection. The new environmental contact for Buzzi Unicem/MRM stated that they would have the cementitious material lab-tested for content. Buzzi Unicem/MRM also agreed to extend the block wall along the south end of the east side across the south perimeter around the waste concrete stockpile while they work the stockpile down to a more manageable size.
2-6-20: GCC emailed results of the CEI to Mr. Gregory.
2-14-20: emailed CEI, cover letter, and photos to D. Schwend/Buzzi Unicem dba Memphis Ready Mix.
