Description and Writeup
Development of a RV resort on over 200 acres. No EPSCs and sediment is entering WOS. Complainant stated the developer has filled in a pond and stopped the flow of water.
Directions: Take exit 412 heading west, take a left off the interstate, drive under the interstate and take the second road on the left which is Harbin Rd. The site will be on the right.
