4 emails received 3/9/08 by MRT & JRC (see also complaint 7794)
email #1 - water flowing from drain pipe in field. She thought they were removing these pipes.
email #3 - treatment cells under construction without soil stabilization. Also questions the suitability of the spray area due to water standing for prolonged periods.
Visited site w/JRC - found 4 drain pipes from field - 2 were flowing. No construction at this time. Portions of the site very wet. Facility not built or operating so no problem. They must disconnect drains prior to use & may not spray when ground is saturated.
