DAL called Mr. Freeman to explain findings on his complaint of yesterday on FPU overflows. He was ok on that. He said that there was a white pipe allowing a manhole to overflow. It is located in the unnnamed tributary between the softball field and biosolids field. It is on the softball field side. The manhole is located near the softball field lake.
Chad Augustin and Ryan investigated the complaint and found the white pipe. The city of Fayetteville visited the site and lifted the manhole that Mr. Freeman spoke of. The manhole and pipe were not in use and were not part of the FPU system.
