Caller relates that she lives near the quarry and that water in Brawley's Fork backs up onto her property more during past year than in the five preceeding years; she believes this is due to rapid runoff (water volume)since the Quarry stripped topsoil and vegetation from their property. She wants to be sure that basins are installed according to plan.
