Mr. George says there are sewer overflows in his neighborhood and objects to additional connections being added to sewer upstream.
MJA-6/22/2007---Met with Mr. George at his home. HPUD is under consent decree to evaluate and maintain their collection system. There has not been an overflow since 2003. HPUD has flow monitoring in Mr. George subbasin and has the basin on schedule to be cleaned and rehabed in 2007. HPUD also has added the manhole to their routine manhole inspection program (hot list)
