Complaint Description and Writeup
Caller states that she believes above ground sewer line crossing a ditch is leaking. States that there is a terrible odor and line has been patched with rubber sleeve and hose clamps but is still leaking. Caller states that sewer line is located in the vicinity of West Railroad Ave. and Robbins Lane. Line is located behind a house on the corner of W. Railroad and Walnut Street.
Tim Hedgecough with Monterey STP investigated. Reported groundwater flow, no sewage leak. 22APR10.
