Rain event 7/23. The erosion control measure are not working. Please see the attached pictures. I have video upon request. *investigated site 07/29 during heavy rain event. EPSC measures appear to be working. site is nearing stabilization. owner on site, discussed findings. pond remains uniformly brown - d/c leaving site is clear. appears to be continued scour from ponded area at SF and swale to pond - should consult with engineer about velocity dissipation/stabilization to help at this location. sent advisement email
