Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint = The builder/developer is not using the silt fencing properly and I am concerned that this creek will be adversely affected. There is also a problem with establishing stabilizing vegetation on the slopes of the detention pond.
July 17, 2012 -- I sent an e-mail to Mr. Samuels (No Telephone Number Provided) and asked him to call me so we can discuss this further. MAF
July 18, 2012 -- Mr. Samuels contacted me and I discussed the situation with him and he had multiple concerns, they are as follows:
1). The detention pond in Phase 7 south of Meandering Drive was not being properly maintained. The bushhog operator was cutting the grass to low and not letting the vegetation get established.
2). The silt fence at the end of Meandering Drive had blown out and they have not fixed it.
3). The drainage design behind the home across the street from him has caused some issues and is causing the homeowner some drainage issues.
