This property is Cannon County Assessment Map 18, Parcel 42 which has no postal address but adjoins 5424 Auburntown Road, Woodbury, TN 37190. The property owner/business owner at has continued his activities detailed in Complaint #131227, now clearing the West stream bank of the Saunders Fork Creek and creating a road across this stream in order to access his un-permitted soil mining operation at 5424 Auburntown Road, Woodbury, TN 37190. The Saunders Fork Creek is a major tributary to the Smith Fork Creek within the Caney Fork River Watershed. No ARAP permit has been applied for nor issued for this activity. This activity violates the Clean Water Act as it has disturbed the stream bank and is resulting in silt runoff. A photograph of this activity is attached to this Report.
