Caller purchased a home next the Centerville WWTP late last year. He says it smells most days and is unbearable.
He was given the Centerville WWTP Chief Operator name and work phone number. He was given the Centerville Mayor name and work phone number. It was suggested he contact his local state representative and senator who make laws which TDEC regulates under. DAL
