8/07/2017 - Complainant stated that Powell Valley Electric has been spraying herbicides over and adjacent to streams. One of the power line rite of ways is visible near the 25E bridge over the Powell river. Jim said this is near rigsbys bait store.
*8/09/2017 - Spoke with complainant, he voiced concerns for his bees (300 boxes of bees, now down to 25 boxes in the last year), sores on his skin, his wife's skin and their toddler being sick, goats, cows and other livestock dead, stream pollution. I talked with him about the Department of Agriculture. He stated that he already spoke to the Dept. of Agriculture and they came out 2 weeks ago and last week.
**8/09/2017 - Spoke with Dept. of Agriculture regarding their investigation. They have taken soil samples and are waiting for the results to come in. The investigation is currently ongoing.
