Complaint called and stated that the water in the channel that cuts through the property is black and the cows are dying. The channel on the property receives drainage from the lumber mill across the street and that when it rains the water in the channel turns black and cows die. Property owner said that they are awaiting water test results from sample taken after death. After looking in WL, this site (9666) has inactive TMSP coverage but still an active, uncovered sawmill.
