Description and Writeup
Complainant states that sediment is being released from the site, primarily the road up the mountain, into Dry Branch and Mountain Creek.
Investigation confirms sediment release. The developer has submitted a report identifying proposed cleanup areas. We will work with the developer to remove as much of the material as possible. No NOV will be sent since the developer self-reported the release and is working with us to address the issue.
