Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Good Morning. Hope you had a good Easter.
I've kinda been laying off the erosion problems at the Grove at Cedar Hills. I know they hired a company to assist with their BMPs. It has been somewhat better over the past couple of months. But twice during this past week BOTH of their pond discharges are hemorrhaging mud. It almost looks thick like tomato soup. I don't know what you can do but something needs to be done. It looks to me like a good amount of disturbed slope remains w/o vegetation and evidently their erosion control measures are not working or they are not maintaining them. Can you either fine them or place a stop work order until the situation is resolved? Thanks.
