    7/26/2023 - RWR - RWR received VM, notes take from VM message from complainant,
    7/26/2023 - RWR - RWR retuned call, asked additional questions, gained additional information, Complainant states that the development of site in Celina, TN is causing soil and groundwater contamination and influencing the water quality of nearby, privately owned water wells.
    8/4/2023 - RWR - Internal case review determined that the information currently provided indicates that this is a civil case.
