Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
2/21/2024 - RAB - RAB reviewed driller's NOIs in WellLog and saw that there were sixteen (16) pending NOIs that were over 60 days old, therefore one NOI fee and 16 driller reports were late. RAB wrote a Please Be Advised (PBA) letter for one late NOI fee and 16 driller reports (pasted the 60-day time frame following well completion).
3/6/2024 - RAB - RAB spoke with Burgess’ office manager. She told me that the Dec 2021 tornado that hit Princeton and Mayfield destroyed part of their property, including many of their records. The electronic records on the computer they were able to recover but many of the paper records were lost. She asked if they could get an extension. I asked her to send me the request in writing so there would be a record of their request. Office manager said that the driller reports for the three wells drilled in June 2023 are ones they will be able to get to us soon since they have those records. The wells from 2018 – 2021 are the ones that had their records destroyed, so they will need to be pieced together with remaining available paper or electronic documentation.
3/12/2024 - RAB - Driller reports were all submitted on 3/8/2024. RAB reviewed and checked them against NOIs. Everything required has been submitted.
