Subject: Clarksville complaint - Avondale Park Apartments
Location: 1351 Avondale Drive, Clarksville TN
Says when the sewage pipes back up, there is a pipe that sticks out of the ground that the maintenance folks open to release the sewage and cover with lime.
Inspector should start investigating at Building D.
