Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
there is a culvert running along the east side of the street which carries all storm runoff. This Culvert ends at my yard and then travels East through my yard and dumps out into the trees behind my home. The last couple of years the storm runoff has caused the little Creek it has carved out to become wider and wider. It is getting closer to my home every year also it has undermined an enormous tree that is 20 ft from the corner of my home. I don't know what to do in order to stop the water from permanently damaging or destroying my home eventually.
