Complainant claims site development has commenced and does not appear to have adequate EPSC measures in place; mulch piles leaching into the surrounding water features on or adjacent to project site.
*05/08/20* DWR personnel contacted complainant to acknowledge receipt; DWR compliance evaluation inspection of project site pending.
Inspection made on 5/12/2020 showed that the EPSC's were installed correctly and functioning. The stream was protected. No problems were found.
