Joe mentioned there is constantly dirt and mud in his water. He currently has an in home filter that he has to change weekly. He has a pump at the bottom of the hill that pumps water to his house. Tuesday 10/15 North Overton UD came out to flush the line upstream of his house. They came again today 10/24 to flush closer to his house but had to leave and grab tools to open the valve.
