    Alleged Violator's Name: Flats at Water's Edge
    Alleged Violator's Address: 3940 Bell Rd
    Alleged Violator's City: Hermitage
    Alleged Violator's State: Tennessee
    Alleged Violator's Zip: 37076
    Tip or Complaint: Sewage manhole overflowing into stormwater runoff. Has been happening for at least14 days, didn't know location of issue until yesterday.
    Violation Still Occurring? Yes


    Site has been issued an NOV from NPDES. They have since increased pumping of the lift station but are still experiencing overflow issues. We will be convening internally to discuss if further enforcement is necessary. We have already issued $1,500 in our violation.
