Description and Writeup
Caller is concerned about development affecting drinking water supply. Lack of erosion controls, there is some silt fence by hwy but not by lake. At least one house has a dump tank in place instead of sewer.
Several CGP and ARAP violations were observed onsite. Will issue an NOV and coordinate with ECU on further enforcement actions.
