    Complaint Description and Writeup

    Complaint=02/01/08 MWS telephoned AMM to notify TDEC that a petroleum product was found flowing to and bubbling up into a tributary to Browns Creek from CSX property. AMM informed MWS that a recent finding had been made by DSWM in the general area and advised them to contact DSWM to determine if this was the same issue.

    On 02/05/08 AMM received an e-mail from MWS which outlined their on-site meeting w/ the DSWM (document attached). AMM responded to e-mail indicating a follow-up would be made w/ the DSWM about the situation. - AMM 02/05/08

    02/05/08 WPC staff observed same on-site conditions that were documented earlier in MWS 02/05/08 e-mail. - AMM 02/05/08

    02/11/08 DSWM sent NOV to CSX for release of used oil. - AMM 02/11/08
