Complainant states that creek is being dammed up for pond purposes. Complainant also mentioned sediment discharge into stream due to activities.
Upon site investigation, the pond has not been built yet. There is a portion of channel flowing into proposed pond area that has strong stream like characteristics. Mr. Odom was advised to either have an HD conducted, or construct the pond away from possible stream flow. After discussing with Mr. Odom, he has decided to not construct pond.
