Complaint Description and Writeup

Our office has been notified by three constituents located in Dunlap of the obstruction of a waterway due to the erection of a manmade dam by a single property owner. These constituents report that the natural flow of Rogers Branch, which flows into the Sequatchie River, has been significantly obstructed due to a property owner identified as one Erich Richard Woerner, located at 600 Davis Loop, constructing an unauthorized manmade dam.

09/25/24 - coordinating with Ag

10/01/24 - called listed property owner from email. He stated property owner is his father who has passed and hung up on me so I was unable to get addl info. sending letter to request site visit. Called one complainant who didn't answer - did not leave message - will update complainants when have more info.
10/28/24 - regular and certified mail letters both returned. driving by property see if address on mailbox.
