Complaint Description and Writeup
The City received a proposed development plan for 155 Caldwell Drive. The City was of the understanding that this location was being used for agricultural purposes (horse farm). City staff was told that a horse barn was being constructed at the location. It appears that the property owner has cleared a significant portion of the land (+/- 15 acres) for the new development and impacted what appears to be a stream in the aerial photos.
