Tip or Complaint: There is water coming out of a drain spouting all the time every day even if it's 3 weeks of 90° temperatures, I don't believe it could be an air conditioning unit as I have work in construction before but I'm unsure I just don't want it to be a threat because it's right at the entrance of a community center of the cities. Then also there are several sound systems waves in this building around this building above this building that are extremely loud at times and I can even feel them vibrating my skin inside this building hitting my body I don't think that's supposed to be that way.
