Mr. Tracy Humphrey, City of Johnson City reported a 10-6-18 overflow at 1904 Knob Creek Rd., Johnson City. The written report received on 10-9-18 indicated the overflow went from 11:15 AM -1:00 PM with an estimated volume of 3,150 gallons. The cause was due to grease. The following corrective actions were done: initial-"Ran main line to open," follow up-"Clean main line," and additional-"Tv'd main line." The disinfection type was "Lime."
