Complaint Description and Writeup
Complainant claims- All this week from morning until late afternoon the Lebanon TN Wastewater Treatment Plant has smelled when I drive by. So 1. there are more broken parts AGAIN on order; that is always the excuse or 2. the green energy solar panels are not working good enough for the amount of poop with all the building of multiple housing developments going on and the state needs to step in a. developments need to STOP until this Lebanon TN Wastewater Treatment Plant can handle to poop load or b. go back to natural gas full time to run the Lebanon TN Wastewater Treatment Plant but that might not work either since there way too much poop for this very old small size treatment plant to ever work correctly. Do you know there are not only people who drive by but also workers in the area and home owners that has to smell the output of this Lebanon TN Wastewater Treatment Plant BUT the children going to school too.
3/12/2024 Called City of Lebanon Plant Manager, no operational failures reported in the last week. Mr. Exum provided a city odor complaint form which was then provided to the complainant via email.
