Complainant reported 3 days of overflow from the Walker Branch pumpstation, had only observed overflow occurring around 8 AM 1/20. Complainant had not reported overflow to the City.
The station had been physical checked at 7 AM routine check by city, no overflow observed. Police reported overflow to the city ate 2:45 PM. Problem at the pumpstation was corrected overflow stopped at 3:15 PM.
Complainant has been provided with contact number to report overflows to city.
Testing of the automatic alarm system network is ongoing to determine why the overflow was not detected and reported. 1/23/07 DJE
