06_14_2022_ Mr. Hugh Fuller is concerned with the odor coming from a field near his residence. He claims the City of Bristol sewer plant starting spreading sludge about a week ago over a field across the highway from 4460 Hwy 421. He says the sludge did not have lime put on it and it appeared black. The complainant also discussed the application of biosolids at a Cold Spring Church Rd. location, and said someone took a sample of the creek near that location. CLC
