Description and Writeup
Complainant called stating he had noticed a green substance in his water.
DWR personnel contacted the Consolidated Utility District of Rutherford county and refered the complaint to them. According to water system operators the water at the meter and in front of the home was tested for bacteria and found negative. They also contacted the Fleming Training Center and found that the green gel was blue-green algae probably introduced by the under sink treatment system.
