Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
On 11/20/2024, the complaintant contacted the Nashville EFO about their neighbor planning on installing a pipe for wastewater without an SSDS on the property. On 12/03/2024, Landon Reed (LR) conducted an investigation on the property and located a white PVC pipe sticking out of the ground on the North side of a newly constructed barn. LR observed that the pipe was currently capped, and no wastewater was on the ground at that time. LR concluded that there was no problem found during the investigation. LR contacted the complainant on 12/03/2024 and explained that there was no violation of improper disposal of wastewater during the investigation, but to file another complaint if the barn is more frequently used and visible water is found in that area.
